Pallet Skirts

Pallet Skirts are a great way of dressing a standard pallet for point of sale marketing. Quite simply, a pallet skirt works by fitting over the pallet base and hiding the majority of the structure whilst providing a 4-sided branded wall inside which your products are displayed.

Our standard pallet skirts are made from a 4mm thick Corex board which can be printed with almost any design to the customers individual requirement. Being a UV digital printing process, there are no minimum order quantities that are associated with traditional screen printing methods and this means that great looking Pallet Skirts are available to small companies with limited order requirements or businesses who may wish to display products at an exhibition or trade show event.

By contour cutting shaped feet at the bottom of the skirt, the pallet wrap can be left in position when whilst the pallet is lifted by forklift which is beneficial is the item needs to be relocated in a busy warehouse environment. As a design alternative, we can also engineer the product with a square cut base for those clients who would prefer that the pallet be hidden altogether.

For those customers looking for something different, we can create shaped (contour cut) tops to the pallet skirts to add interest to the design or even cut-out apertures on the sides so that products that are stacked within can be accessed more easily.
