Although this is a cheaper option than a shell scheme, you have to take into consideration that you will have to provide everything from floor to ceiling, with all the bits in between!
While this gives you more freedom in the design of your exhibition stand, it also means you have more to think about.
For example, you will need to decide whether you want two walls or only one, or even a completely open island display that is visible and accessible from all sides.
Island displays offer the advantage of easy accessibility, and so their design should enhance this ease of movement for the visitor, whilst providing strong and arresting focal points so that people do not simply pass through!
You will also need to consider local planning authority regulations and health and safety when planning the height of your exhibition stand. If you are feeling adventurous and your budget will allow it, double decker stands are a possibility, although they will require structural calculations…
Space only plots are a blank canvas you really can make your own, however, while for some this will be an advantage, for others it may represent too high an investment in terms of time and money.
